Job Role
Newform is seeking a Creative Team Lead to guide and grow a high-performing team of content creators and creative strategists. In this hybrid NYC-based role, you’ll oversee the production and delivery of compelling, on-brand content across a variety of campaigns—ensuring creative is not only on time, but high-impact. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends people management, creative direction, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of content creators and creative strategists—providing mentorship, feedback, and performance guidance.
- Manage creative workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with client goals and brand strategy.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams including media, accounts, and production.
- Establish and maintain creative standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all assets.
- Contribute to ideation and creative strategy sessions to push boundaries and elevate the work.
- Balance speed and quality, especially in a high-volume, short-form-first environment.
Must Have Experience
- 6 years of experience in creative content production, marketing, or media.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, with a track record of mentoring creative talent.
- Experience leading content creation across multiple formats—especially digital and social ads.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle timelines, teams, and stakeholder expectations.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working across departments.
- Deep understanding of creative best practices for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.

The listed salary range for this role is $80,000–$120,000 USD.
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
