Our first product, WillBot, launches in a week with tens of thousands of customers currently on a waitlist. We have bootstrapped our way from 0 to 3M run rate in just over a year.
The Role
We’re seeking a strategic leader with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and a proven track record in B2B content marketing. As our Head of Content, you will be a founding member of our go-to-market team, responsible for building the content strategy from the ground up and ensuring that our story resonates with customers across organic channels.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead Content Strategy: Own every aspect of our content operations—from planning and writing to editing and distribution—ensuring a consistent and powerful brand voice.
- Build & Lead a Team: Establish and mentor a high-performing content team, driving the development of innovative strategies that align with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with external community internal product, sales, and broader GTM engineering team to integrate content initiatives into all aspects of the customer journey.
- Scale B2B Impact: Develop and execute a scalable content strategy designed to engage high-intent prospects and drive conversion across multiple channels.
- Content Excellence: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, ensuring each piece supports our brand and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- You have extensive experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or marketing and are ready to take on a leadership role in an evolving startup environment.
- You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
- You excel at communicating complex ideas in clear, engaging ways and enjoy collaborating across diverse teams.
- You have a proven track record of building and scaling content strategies that drive business results.
- Bonus: Experience working alongside sales and GTM teams to turn inbound interest into high-value opportunities.
- Bonus: Experience in Ad-Tech/Marketing.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
