Experienced Banquet Staff - Newfound Lake Inn
Join our team at the picturesque Newfound Lake Inn as a Banquet Staff Member. We host over 30 weddings annually and are seeking a talented individual to join our event operations team.
Responsibilities :
- Set up banquet room as per the event requirements, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
- Greet guests, assist with seating arrangements, and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, following proper serving etiquette.
- Clear tables, remove dirty dishes and reset tables for the next course or event.
- Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including buffets, bars, and service stations.
- Assist in kitchen duties, such as plating, food preparation, and expediting orders.
- Communicate effectively with the event coordinator, kitchen staff, and other banquet team members to ensure a smooth and successful event.
- Break down the event space after the function concludes, including cleaning, organizing, and storing equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
