High volume, scratch kitchen seeks an experienced Sous Chef :
- The ideal candidate will be able to perform various kitchen duties with a passion for creating great food.
- Strong Sautee and Grill abilities are a must.
- Strong verbal and leadership skills with the staff to ensure a smooth running kitchen at all times.
- This person will work hand in hand with the Executive Chef to maintain our culinary standards.
- Your background should include at least one year of busy line Cook experience preferably with a leadership role within that kitchen.
- Kitchen schedule is Wednesday - Sunday with potential for PTO and Bonus.
- Potential to begin work immediately.
Salary : $20 - $24
