What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Custodian - Day Shift position at Newfound Regional High School?
Newfound Area School District is looking for a Lead Custodian for Our High School and Middle School. Primary function will be to maintain the physical school facilities in a condition of operating excellence, cleanliness, and safety so that students may always make full educational use of the facilities and grounds. The lead custodial will also be responsible of monitoring supplies and placing orders as needed to keep school appropriately stocked.
Additional Stipend for Additional Responsibilities.
•Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
•Must exhibit pleasant, polite, and helpful behavior towards students, staff, and general public
•Must be willing and able to work with all chemicals necessary to perform job related tasks
•Ability to work under direct supervision.
•Ability to sweep, mop, dust, rake, and paint; bend and squat; wash and wipe; lift loads up to 70 pounds; a willingness to follow directions.
•Operate outdoor power maintenance equipment.
•Physical examination.
