As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll play an essential role in supporting our customers with account updates, balance management, and helpful guidance when needed. Your day-to-day will include responding to customer inquiries, proactively reaching out via calls, emails, or texts, and ensuring accounts stay on the right path.
Job Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls & receiving inbound calls
- Contact clients and collect outstanding payments
- Review customer accounts in a detailed manner
- Calculate payoff balances
- Process and schedule payments
- Ability to identify any billing issues and other anomalies
- Accurately record any communication with the customer
- Ability to creatively use a variety of communication methods to recover the debt such as calls, emails, and text messages.
- Work closely with team members on different projects
