We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all marketing efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, executing marketing strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-person role based in Downtown Miami. You must be able to work on-site at our office or various project locations in Miami-Dade or Broward County. Responsibilities
1. Project Management :
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Utilize project management tools to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain project calendars.
Maintain an organized project file repository for marketing assets and documentation.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals.
2. Marketing Operations :
Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Assist with the creation and deployment of assets such as brochures, emails, websites, social media campaigns, and sales materials.
Leverage email distribution platforms to design and distribute marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with project goals across all marketing collateral.
3. CRM & Data Management :
Manage CRM systems to track and organize leads and client communications.
Use marketing analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead generation and client nurturing strategies.
4. Vendor Management :
Act as the primary liaison with external vendors, including creative agencies, printers, media buyers, and event planners.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-efficiency.
5. Promotions & Events :
Coordinate and execute events, such as sales gallery openings, broker presentations, and buyer events.
Oversee event logistics, marketing collateral creation, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Develop and manage promotional schedules to align with project timelines and marketing objectives.
6. Analytics & Reporting :
Track and analyze campaign performance across channels, compiling detailed reports for management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in marketing project management , preferably within the real estate development, hospitality, or luxury industries.
Proven experience with CRM systems ( Follow Up Boss , CMS, HubSpot, or similar).
Proficiency with email marketing platforms ( Constant Contact , Mailchimp, or similar).
Strong knowledge of project management tools ( Monday , Asana, or Trello).
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications :
Experience in real estate development marketing, including familiarity with pre-construction projects and sales cycles.
Working knowledge of creative design tools is a plus.
