We are seeking an Internal Corporate Back Office/Leadership Recruiter to lead our internal hiring strategy for our back office and senior-level positions, ensuring we attract top-tier talent aligned with our company’s mission and goals.
Salary: $130k-$150k
What You Will Be Doing:
The Internal Corporate Back Office/Leadership Recruiter will oversee end-to-end hiring, develop talent acquisition strategies, and build a pipeline of high-caliber leaders. This role requires expertise in California labor laws, salary compliance, in addition to developing and implement recruiting and hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire top leadership talent
- Partner with senior management to define hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans
- Ensure compliance with California employment laws, including pay transparency, fair hiring
- Manage confidential leadership searches while maintaining discretion and professionalism
- Source passive and active candidates using networking, market research, and direct outreach.
- Lead structured interview processes
- Oversee offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and compensation discussions
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers
- Utilize HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records and reporting metrics
- Represent company at industry events and networking functions
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Deep knowledge of California employment laws related to hiring, pay transparency, and compliance
- Proven success in leadership-level sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring negotiations
