As a valued member of our team, you will perform complex clerical tasks, including preparing accounts for assignment, establishing payment plans for delinquent accounts, and answering incoming phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts for assignment and establish payment plans for delinquent accounts
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with billing questions
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility Billing (SNF)
- Proven track record of success in collecting patient accounts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
