Are you looking to launch your HR career? We are now hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to be the newest member of our impactful team!
The Recruiting Coordinator is critical to the success of NewGen’s initiatives. You will have the ability to greatly impact the success of each skilled nursing facility we support.
Pay range: $23-30 per hour
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create and maintain data within our HR database
- Post jobs on multiple platforms and keep jobs up to date
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation
- I-9 verification
- Create and maintain compliant personnel files
- Assist with terminations
- Collaborate within the department and across other departments
- Monitor our HR inbox and delegate as needed
- Assign and maintain company equipment and user access data
- Performs other duties as assigned

What Sets You Apart:
- 1-2 years of recruitment or HR support experience
- Technical experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems
- Introductory knowledge of recruiting and/or HR
- Bachelor’s degree is a PLUS!
- Long-Term Care or healthcare experience is a PLUS!
