What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Business Office Manager position at NewGen Administrative Services?

Pay range: $75k-$100k DOE
The Regional Business Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of the revenue cycle effort in their assigned facilities. They train facility Business Office Managers and also support their assigned facilities. This position requires traveling within the US, overnight may be required.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assists in the recruiting and hiring of Business Office Managers
- Trains BOM and BOA the technical knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles
- Supervises the Business Office Managers, including evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
- Conducts touch base meetings with Business Office Managers on a regular basis, as assigned
- Implements processes and procedures to ensure consistency in their facilities
- Participates in annual RCM strategic planning
- Attends monthly RCM review meeting to discuss performance of each facility, including the performance of BOMs and BOAs
- Works with facility to improve billing processes, such as Triple Check and CSSR, etc
- Makes recommendations that are seriously considered regarding the hiring, performance management, and termination of Business Office personnel
- Performs exit report with site leadership after each visit
- Visits each facility on a monthly basis
- Completes month-end close with each facility
- Maintains software and performs new facility and user setup
- Able to travel locally and out of area as needed to support and consult with facilities, including overnight travel
- Follows all HIPAA regulations
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a facility BOM role.
