Regional RN MDS

NewGen is now hiring a Regional RN Minimum Data Set Coordinator! Come join our winning team! This position will support healthcare facilities in Central Valley. This is a field position.

Pay Range: $137,000 - $160,000 Annually DOE

What you will do:

As the Regional MDS Coordinator you will assist several facility MDS Coordinators conduct and coordinate the development, completion, and transmission of resident assessments in accordance with current company, Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Must haves:

• 2-4 years’ MDS experience
• Willing to travel
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program
• Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of California
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• Experience with PDPM

Would be great:

• 2-4 years’ experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Supervisory experience
