We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Expert in Wide-Area Network (WAN) Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WAN technologies and extensive experience in automating network operations. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing automated systems to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our WAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation solutions for WAN infrastructure to improve network performance and reduce manual intervention.
Implement and manage network automation tools and platforms, such as Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop integration strategies.
Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement automated solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes and network configurations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in network automation and WAN technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers on automation best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on WAN technologies and automation.
Strong understanding of WAN technologies, including MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, BGP, OSPF, and network security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
