Job Description:
Newhart’s Cleaning Service, the #1 rated cleaning service in Franklin County, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking female Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is flexible, professional, and dedicated to providing top-quality cleaning services to our clients within Franklin County, Roanoke County, and surrounding areas. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning services, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing various surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care and ensure proper maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance in accordance with company dress code.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report and address any maintenance or cleaning issues that arise during the job.
- Complete jobs in a timely manner while meeting company standards for cleanliness and service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working in client homes and maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Flexibility in working hours is preferred.
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Pay: $ 14-20 per hour
