We are looking for a dynamic bilingual (English - Spanish) individual with experience in personal tax preparation and customer service skills to provide the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare personal tax returns, with solid knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage office operations effectively, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting deadlines.
• Address the different communication channels of the company.
• Ensure the use of tax preparation software, CRM, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to carry out procedures related to customer service.
• Guarantee timely payment for services sold.
• Ensure commercial management with personal contacts, clients, suppliers and other people who visit the headquarters.
• Manage inventories of office materials and equipment at the assigned headquarters

Experience

• 2 years of experience in personal tax preparation.
• Willingness to work a full-time office position and additional shifts during tax season, to oversee operations and assist clients personally.
• Experience in positions that require identifying cross-selling opportunities for complementary services.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
