Front of House Team Member (Server/Cashier)

Out front is where we need our “people” people. This position is all about serving Newk’s guests, and making sure each and every one enjoys an absolutely positive Newk’s experience.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure all NEWK’s guests receive a positive NEWK’s Experience
• Assist the restaurant team in achieving planned sales
• Perform all responsibilities and tasks of the position according to NEWK’s standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence
• Helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 16 years old upon hire date
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Work in fast paced environment
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
