Duties

- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
- Develop new recipes and menu items that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a fine dining establishment.
