Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the ODC Deputy Director, Assistant Deputy Directors of Design and Construction, and Managers of the Energy Initiatives Unit and Special Projects Unit.
  • Assist with the gathering of information such as estimates and project budget summaries in order to prepare reports, in order to prepare for meetings and for information to be distributed to the agencies.
  • Assist with Treasury Fiscal inquiries.
  • Maintain and manage all emails to assure that information is easy to retrieve.
  • Answer and direct calls and inquiries.
  • Understand and maintain skills associated with software and systems utilized by ODC.

Skills required:

  • Must be very organized with exceptional electronic file management skills regarding excel spreadsheets, Word Documents and PDF's.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, interdepartmental processing, tracking and reporting systems; file retention systems.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Experience required:

  • 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Specialist.

Work hours:

  • 8:30AM – 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
  • Lunch period: 30 min between 12pm -1pm (unpaid)
