We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technician to join our team. The Medical Technician will play a crucial role in providing high-quality client care while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Provide direct client care in various settings
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and best practices.
- Experience working with individuals in high risk community and respite care
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
