💼 What You’ll Do:
· Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, invoice generation, and reconciliations, using QuickBooks Online.
· Help maintain accurate financial records using tools like Excel or accounting software (some training provided)
· Organize and manage contracts, including reviewing, editing, and formatting documents
· Handle PDF tasks (editing, converting, merging) using tools like Adobe Acrobat
· Provide general administrative support—scheduling, email follow-ups, digital file organization
· Create and format documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
o Some knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles using Quickbooks online (or a strong interest in learning!)
o Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word)
o Comfortable working with PDF files and digital tools
o Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
o Strong written and verbal communication
