- Assist with medical collections and follow up on outstanding balances as necessary.
- Utilize software for patient management and data entry tasks.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- File and organize patient records systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a medical office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 coding, is advantageous.
