This is a FT position working M-F variable call Hours 6 : 30 am-3 : 00 pm. Competitive starting wage based on experience!
The Successful Candidate :
High School Graduate or GED required
Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program or a graduate of LPN program
Certification, National Board of Surgical Technology or LPN LIcense
New Graduates welcome!
Good communication skills and the ability to take care of the customer's needs while following company procedures
Ability to work independently and accept responsibility and account for his / her actions
Essential Job Functions :
Gathers, checks and opens supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedure
Sets up sterile field
Assists the team member with gowning and gloving
Participates in the surgical site and patient verification during the time out procedure
Assists the surgeon during the procedure as needed
Assists in prepping the OR for the next patient
