This a FT position M-F 36 hours weekly
Essential Functions :
- Validate appeal criteria
- Identify problem accounts / processes / denial trends and escalate as appropriate
- Resolve the account and submit uncollectible claims for adjustment timely and correctly
- Numerical ability to compute necessary calculations when compiling information for reports
- Willingness to research problems and work with others in developing solutions
