The field technician will be primarily responsible for water extraction and for the cleanup phase of residential or commercial businesses that have experienced water damage as well as additional cleaning services offered by the business. This position is great for individual who is motivated to learn on the job and professionally grow. This is a team-based position that takes direction from a lead technician to complete a project effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and additional cleaning services offered by the business.
- Work primarily in the field with other technicians under the direction of the lead technician.
- Present self in a professional manner in dress, communication and actions at all times.
- Assist in the maintenance of all company equipment and vehicles, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times.
- Complete paperwork associated with services provided
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be motivated to learn with the ability to take direction
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner to team members and customers
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel and stand
- Restoration and cleaning service experience is helpful but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Sites may occur indoors and outdoors. Travel to and from sites will be in a company provided vehicle. On-call availability required. Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
