Overview:

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales by engaging with both new and existing customers. You will lead efforts in presenting, selling, and promoting our media solutions, and collaborate with advertising agencies. We're looking for a motivated, high-energy individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights

Tactical Tasks:

• Relationship prospecting (Cold Calling/ Daily Email Prospecting)
• Collaborate with local business owners/managers as well as regional and national advertising agencies
• Campaign Conception/Advertising Solution
• Contract negotiation
• Manage Customer Service/Build Relationships/Continuous follow-up with customers
• Opportunity lifecycle management

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing
• 5-10 years of sales experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• High energy and positive demeanor
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Successful time management and organization via sales tools supplied by employer

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with outdoor advertising and media planning is a plus
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Motivated to grow individually as well as part of a team
