The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between the service department and customers. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and professional service. The Service Advisor is responsible for managing service requests, processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and maintaining clear communication with both customers and service technicians. This position is considered a shift position to serve our customers after hours until 9pm.
