As a Mac system administrator, you will share responsibility for macOS installation and restore at scale, macOS automation, servicing help desk requests and root cause analysis of issues. You will assist technical users in debugging operational issues utilizing resources such as established documentation, senior staff and corporate technical support organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in our device management processes.
Essential Job Duties :
- Work closely with IT managers / supervisors to develop strategy and architecture that will benefit the organization. May maintain contract compliance for voice and data vendors.
- Configuration policies, test and document findings, update and effectively communicate procedures.
- Assess new technologies and apprise management of changes that may be appropriate to the mission of the company.
- Work with field personnel to assess, troubleshoot and resolve problems pertaining to voice and data communication systems or service. May contact vendors or other personnel as needed.
- Perform well-organized and timely deployments of applications, major upgrades, security updates, and patches.
- Monitors overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately.
- Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. Works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures.
- Provides third level support to the field offices and affiliate office personnel on problems and issues related to hardware, software, voice applications, networks, and business applications.
- Responsible for configuring, documenting, implementing and troubleshooting the following software products; Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Email Systems, Backup products, Anti-Virus products, Anti-SPAM products, and Remote Access methods.
- Trouble-shoot server hardware and operating systems.
- Be able to troubleshoot both Mac and Windows OS

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
