Job Description
- In this role, you will work under limited supervision to maintain the property's facilities, equipment, and grounds.
- You will be responsible for drywall repair, painting, plumbing, and minor carpentry.
- Aerial lift operation and forklift operation will also be part of your duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial, or engineering preferred.
- You must be able to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codes, and handbooks.
- Ability to use various testing devices related to mechanical trades is a plus.
