Position Overview: We are seeking a Product Business Analyst Level 1 who will contribute significantly to our Valuations and Advisory business. In this role, you will support answering and troubleshooting customer support inquiries, onboarding/training new appraisers, and be part of the development and enhancement of our product offerings for our Valuations and Advisory business,. This role requires learning and understanding the appraisal process, technical proficiency, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and manage tickets for troubleshooting issues related to products and/or systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Utilize Excel VBA and macros to develop, maintain, and optimize products along with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Develop and deliver user onboarding and training programs for new features, updates, and best practices to ensure effective product utilization.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, address issues, and provide updates on product features and performance.
- Support the evaluation and validation of commercial real estate data and valuation/appraisal processes.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product features align with business goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and product specifications.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new product features and enhancements.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel VBA and macros, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and understand technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $125,000 - $132,500 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $132,500 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
