We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment, and grounds.
Job Duties
- Works under limited supervision to maintain facilities, equipment, and grounds.
- Performs drywall repairs, painting, and minor carpentry.
- Operates aerial lifts and forklifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or similar fields preferred.
- You must be able to read and comprehend technical documents.
- Ability to use various testing devices is a plus.
