Newmark is seeking a Vice President, Transformation & Strategy to lead the development and execution of an integrated Strategic Client Transformation & Growth function. This role will design a proactive client engagement model, integrating technology solutions, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives to drive long-term value. The VP will work closely with brokers, business analysts, service line and technology leaders to enhance service delivery and optimize client portfolios.
The VP will also collaborate with Newmark sales and marketing teams, as well as corporate strategy to complement internal strategy and growth efforts.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $210,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

- Business Development: The VP is expected to apply strategic marketing and client cultivation strategies to better develop proactive approaches to client pursuits. Together with Newmark sales and marketing teams, the SVP will provide additional support to enhance the pursuit process.
- Agile Service Model Development: To enhance broker enablement, the role will introduce a tiered service model, providing scalable support tailored to client needs. By integrating long-term strategic planning with real estate execution, the VP will position Newmark as a proactive industry leader, driving both operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
- Onboarding: The VP will establish a structured client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration within the first 90 days while developing tools and dashboards for portfolio tracking. By implementing three-year strategic growth roadmaps, the role will align client portfolios with business objectives, conducting regular health checks and scenario planning.
- A core focus will be technology and innovation leadership, overseeing real estate technology assessments and leading the Innovation & Strategy Council to introduce sustainability and smart building solutions. The SVP will also develop risk mitigation strategies to help clients navigate regulatory, economic, and geopolitical shifts.
