The salary range offered for this role is USD $82,160-97,565. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.

About This Role
- Assisting the compliance of global transfer pricing regulations and guidelines.
- Assisting the implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies to optimize profitability, assist with the management of intercompany transactions and transfer pricing risks.
- Perform the allocation and calculation of intercompany charges.
- Provide guidance and support on transfer pricing matters to regional teams, including documentation requirements, dispute resolution and transfer pricing audits.
- Works in a team environment and in conjunction with the Head, Tax Operations and Global Transfer Pricing, the Tax Research and Strategy team, regional tax teams and other team members from Finance, Treasury and Legal as required
- Work across functions to maintain efficient and defensible intercompany compensation arrangements.
- Responsible for assisting the regional tax teams obtain the necessary information requested by tax authorities as part of tax audit activities into transfer pricing matters
- In conjunction with the Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing, perform the bi-annual true-up process to ensure that intercompany charges and allocations are in line with transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external consultants and regional tax teams with respect to the preparation of transfer pricing documentation that supports the tax deductibility of intercompany allocations and charges.
- Assistance with the identification of technology solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of transfer pricing practices throughout the organization.
- Staying updated on evolving transfer pricing regulations and industry trends and ensuring our transfer pricing policies remain fit for purpose.
- Actively involved in the ongoing provision of tax training to the broader business on transfer pricing matters throughout the year as required.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders including finance, legal and supply chain to ensure transfer pricing policies are successfully implemented.

- Minimum 3 years experience in public accounting, law firm and/or a multinational corporate tax department
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detailed working knowledge of SAP; Experience with Ariba platform an advantage
- General understanding of transfer pricing principles
- Ability to establish and build partnerships with different departments, business partners and management
- Proficiency in English essential, Proficiency in Spanish an advantage
