Your Impact

As a key leader in our global business integrity and compliance team, you will oversee case management, drive critical compliance initiatives, and lead global projects that strengthen Newmont’s business practices worldwide.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

Lead the intake, triage, and assignment of global business integrity and compliance investigations.

Ensure global case management system accuracy and data integrity.

Manage and enhance global compliance program components, including anti-corruption training and certifications.

Drive key compliance projects such as AI integration and case management system improvements.

Act as a subject matter expert on global compliance program design.

Lead the development and facilitate global training and awareness initiatives to strengthen Newmont’s compliance culture.

Leadership of a small global team.

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Compliance, or related field; and/or extensive experience in compliance, integrity, or risk management within a large corporate environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), global anti-corruption regulations, compliance programs design, and corporate investigations.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex, global compliance projects and implement system enhancements.
  • Leadership & Communication: Experience managing teams, working with senior stakeholders, and delivering compliance training.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess risks, identify trends, manage high-risk third parties, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Language Skills: Spanish-English bilingual preferred to support compliance efforts across our global regions.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $126,480-166,005. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
