Your impact
Analyze current regional processes, continuously evaluate and improve processes, leveraging technology and best practices, formulate end-to-end processes, implement standard monitoring and enforcement, coordinate RACI, plan system integration while monitoring quality criteria, identify resource allocation, facilitate talent identification, assess transition potential and readiness, define KPI and measures to ensure solutions are effective and sustained over the long term, plan transition structures and assess cost-benefit of new technology tools.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $124,000 - 162,750. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.

As part of our team you will
- Analyze current processes and formulate end-to-end standardized and efficient global processes.
- Define global standards for specific processes to frame seamless integration and global consistency to design and service delivery
- Manage System integration design, testing and resource allocation
- Formulate RACI for responsible process(es) to clarify work and roles
- Analyze resource allocation for in scope process
- Define KPI and other governance tools and dashboards to measures to ensure processes are effective and standardized
- Facilitate standard monitoring and enforcement by developing governance methodologies, routines and SOPs
- Assess and develop an impact analysis and transition plan for automation potential, process readiness, resource planning and cost-benefit of proposed new technology tools.
- Purchasing Software Proficiency in Ariba and SAP
- Good understanding of the end to end process from planned order to PO, including MRP, requisitions and PO conversions.
- Capability to streamline purchasing processes for efficiency.
- Experience in identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
- Skill in implementing solutions to streamline purchasing processes.
- Capability to drive ongoing enhancements in purchasing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
- Works in established systems and processes
- Compares data collected from processes with a known model or system
- Imagines how tasks might be completed without direct, physical, hands-on feedback
- Solves problems where trial& error may not be sufficient; other methods may be required

- Strong systems and process knowledge in designated process area
- Subject matter level expertise in processes, data and controls for the designated process area
- University degree or equivalent in related field
- Continuous improvement certification, or Six / Lean Sigma experience preferred
- Regional or Mine experience in designated process area
- Demonstrated experience working in a large project environment (multiple or complex sites and datasets) with ERP and ownership of process sub-areas
- Experience working across cultures and within high performance teams
- Broad experience in process improvement, SAP, or system implementation
- Hands on working experience within specified discipline with good understanding of end-to-end processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish desirable)
- Demonstrated experience managing and influencing within a global matrix environment
- Project management or related experience.
- Driving towards conflict resolution and having the authority to make decisions that impact delivering of solutions.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical management.
- Cross functional process and system acumen across the end-to-end process.
- Flexibility to adapt to requirements from the business and stakeholders.
