You will be the driving force behind financial system stability and insightful reporting, enabling smarter, faster business decisions. By leveraging data and technology, you will help shape the future of financial planning and analysis for the organization.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

  • Lead the Power BI reporting function, delivering accurate, actionable insights.
  • Support enterprise financial system transitions and ensure smooth operations.
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to maintain system stability and data integrity.
  • Provide high-level support and training to end users across the business.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, delivering proactive support and insights.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, PMP is a plus).
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in global organizations.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, financial systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $110,160 - $144,585. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
