Make an Impact as a Family Care Coordinator!
The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Family Care Coordinator plans, implements, and documents mental health groups, provides case management services, and ensures continuity and family engagement between the program and home environments. The goal of this position is to assist and facilitate youth with meeting their treatment and / or education goals, ensuring that their transition out of the Residential Program is successful.

This position is located at our NewPath East Campus, 274 Sutton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45230
Position : Full Time, 2nd shift
