Make an Impact as a Residential Staff Development Specialist!
The Staff Development Specialist is responsible for performing all training duties for the Residential Interventions Program including, pre-class preparation, delivering curriculum-classroom, one-on-one training, and actively mentoring / coaching direct care staff. The Staff Development Specialist will facilitate robust and comprehensive orientation and training for new hires, facilitate refresher and ongoing trainings for staff, and provide on-the-floor coaching and direction to staff in the Residential Interventions Program.
Location : East Campus (274 Sutton Rd.)
Hours : Full Time, 2nd Shift
