Front End Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front End Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an understanding of retail management, and the ability to effectively supervise staff. As the Front End Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining operational excellence at the front end of the store.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the front end, ensuring smooth and efficient checkout processes.
- Manage 12 product and service sets and two window displays.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, product display management, run drawings, manage memberships, and the ARC library.
- Monitor inventory levels at the front end and coordinate with management to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in managing scheduling.
- Ability to work with window displays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of market trends within the literary industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
