Job Description
Position Summary/Purpose: Industry Leading Real Estate Sales & Marketing company is looking for Contact Center sales professionals that will present and sell marketing packages through calls and email campaigns. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate the value of our services, turn objections into solutions and become a partner with the customer to help grow their business. The position may be full or part-time.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage a large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” to help tell the value proposition
• Identify customers’ needs and qualify that our products meet these needs
• Build ongoing relationships with customers to help retention
• Seize opportunities to upsell packages when the arise
• Utilize call center software CRM system to track results of each call and progress of each sale
• Continue to learn about our products and services and how best to bring them to market
• Convey the sales story to position our products as useful and useable to the markets we serve
• Build a recurring client base
• Meet personal and team targets and goals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Prior call center/customer service experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels
• Skills in data analysis and problem solving
• Time management skills. Extremely organized, highly motivated, strong work ethic and detail orientated
• Demonstrates ability to develop business relationships with clients
• Demonstrates technical aptitude with regard to understanding, interpreting data and is able to quickly apply information to a sales process.
• Ability to work independently and prospect
• Media, Real Estate, and Home Improvement sales experience is a PLUS

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in outbound sales in a Call Center environment

Job Environment and Conditions: Working conditions are indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
