Reservations Agent- Work from Home

In this role, you’ll help curate unforgettable travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients across exciting global destinations. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or just love organizing, this position could be the ideal fit for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Design Tailored Itineraries:Research, create, and execute personalized travel plans that wow our clients
• Customize Travel Plans:Assess client preferences to design trips that meet their specific needs and desires
• Stay Certified & Informed:Participate in ongoing training and webinars with vendors and suppliers to stay certified and become an expert on various destinations
• Manage Budgets:Review and plan trips within clients’ financial constraints, ensuring their dream vacations are both affordable and exceptional
• Create Marketing Materials:Develop eye-catching promotional materials to market travel services
• Handle Bookings:Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, event tickets, and more
• Communicate Effectively:Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise
• Network with Industry Partners:Build relationships with tour operators and explore package deals for clients
• Flexible Commitment:Work part-time or full-time with a schedule that fits your life
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
• Strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus
• Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended but not required)
• Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
