Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Coordinator to help drive the success of our landscape construction team. This role supports the full lifecycle of our construction projects — from job setup and scheduling to final billing — ensuring each project runs smoothly and stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule all landscape construction projects and coordinate timelines with field crews, sales, and clients
- Review job sales packets to confirm completeness and accuracy before jobs are approved and scheduled
- Call 811 and submit locate requests for all dig-required projects
- Assist with material procurement by working with vendors and monitoring lead times
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth project handoff and kickoff
- Manage and process billing for all construction jobs, working closely with accounting
- Handle incoming invoices related to construction materials and services, confirming accuracy and alignment with job budgets
- Monitor progress across multiple job sites to ensure deadlines and standards are met
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams to support job readiness and coordination
- Step in and manage any projects that go sideways or require intervention to get back on track
- Identify and flag any issues that could delay projects and support quick resolution
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communicator and collaborator across departments
- Extremely organized and able to manage many moving parts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with landscape construction processes, materials, and timelines preferred
- Experience with project scheduling or construction support work a plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work within project management or CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
