Role Overview:
The Landscape Construction 2nd is a pivotal role, bridging the gap between crew member and foreman. In this position, you'll:
- Assist in leading and coordinating landscape construction projects
- Work closely with the foreman to learn advanced skills in project management
- Participate in constructing patios, walls, plantings, water features, and more
- Operate various landscaping machinery and tools
- Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment
Experience and Qualifications:
This role is ideal for those with some professional landscape experience who are looking to develop further. We're looking for:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of landscape construction
- A willingness to learn advanced skills and take on more responsibility
- Ability to work well in a team and support project leads
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- A valid Oregon driver’s license is required.
