The future Sunny in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach is poised to redefine thebeach getaway experience offering a perfect blend of rich history and unparalleled amenities. The resort will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, spa & salon, ocean-front pool with tiki bar and fire pits, beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space, including a unique oceanfront terrace.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing :

• Warm Welcome : Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and excited about their visit.
• Seating Coordination : Manage reservations and seating plans to optimize table turnover while accommodating guest preferences.
• Guest Communication : Answer phones, take reservations, and address guest inquiries.
• Waitlist Management : Efficiently manage the waitlist during busy periods and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
• Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ambiance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting areas
