We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
