Seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to seniors in a supportive team environment.
Newport Meadows is a 139-bed facility offering long-term care and short-term stay services in a beautiful landscaped campus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hygiene care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
- Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the Plan of Care, and document observed changes to the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- CNA certificate in the state of PA
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- English as a first or second language with the ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
