As a CT Technologist at Newport Medical Center, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality diagnostic care and supporting patients through each step of their imaging process. Working full-time day shifts Monday through Friday, you’ll enjoy a structured schedule that supports work-life balance. Shifts are 7:30a-6pm, 4 days a week with no call!

Requirements:
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology and A.R.R.T. registration
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within radiologic technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and X-ray exams following established protocols to ensure diagnostic accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Prepare and verify patient information, confirming informed consent and assisting as necessary
- Adjust equipment for optimal imaging results, guiding patients through each step and administering contrast media as ordered
- Use experience and judgment to meet procedural goals effectively, with flexibility and creativity to address unique patient needs
- Operate independently with general supervision, utilizing the autonomy allowed within this role to make informed decisions
