Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal homes and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Your primary focus will be to showcase our properties, answer inquiries, and build positive relationships with potential tenants. Some additional responsibilities include:

· Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and benefits.

· Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and detailed information about available units, lease terms, and amenities.

· Effectively communicate and enforce community policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment.

· Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and follow up with applicants as needed.

· Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all units are ready for move-in and coordinate move-in logistics.

· Handle resident concerns and inquiries professionally, promptly, and accurately.

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and competitive properties.

· Assist in planning and executing marketing events to attract prospective tenants.

· Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing documentation and reports.

An Associate’s Degree and 6 months of residential leasing experience desired. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours required.
