Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to project owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects.
- Manage contract formation and negotiations, offer project counseling, conduct pre-suit investigations, and develop / defend potential claims.
- Lead the adjudication of disputes in various forums, including mediation, Dispute Resolution Boards (DRBs), arbitration (domestic and international), and state / federal courts.
- Contribute to a dynamic practice offering opportunities for significant case management and direct client interaction, with a focus on large, high-profile projects such as offshore wind, power / energy, infrastructure, and commercial developments.
