NEWPRO Home Improvement Solutions, New England’s leading home improvement company, is hiring Call Center Representatives in Wilmington, MA to support our growth, expanding territories, and increasing customer demand.

- AM & PM shifts available: 8AM – 4PM or 11AM – 7PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and meet daily goals (200 calls, 6 appointments)
- Deliver product information professionally and with enthusiasm
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2 years in appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center roles (sales experience is a plus)
- Ability to make a high volume of phone calls
- Must be able to work one weekend AM shift
- High energy and enthusiasm in customer interactions
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- High School Diploma or equivalent
