What are the responsibilities and job description for the Newrest ATL LLC. - Graduate Training Program (Paid) position at Newrest?
This program will be designed to employ a recent graduate in Georgia. This will be a paid training program here at Newrest ATL facility with the required criteria. The Graduate in this role will adhere to Newrest policies and procedures like any other employee. This person will train alongside key leadership members to gain a complete understanding of the operations.
Your program completion does not guarantee a permanent position at the facility. We aim to introduce graduate students to our organization and quickly train them to become productive employees.
Schedule: Based on Business/ Operational needs. The schedule could change during the course of internship
Duration: 6 Months

Requirements:
You'll have the chance to move through the whole operation here at the facility by working in various departments. After training with each required support group, you'll have an assessment meeting to review progress and feedback.

Requirements:
- Pass the eSKills test.
- Go through a panel of interviews.
- Must have graduated within the past two years, 2022- 2024.
- Have Graduated with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Successfully graduated from an accredited university with a degree in the following or other related fields.
